AI Receptionist
Answers the calls you miss, in your business’s name. It books visits on your calendar, turns down jobs you don’t do, and sends you the details as soon as the call ends. Your phone still rings first, and you can switch it off in 10 seconds.
from $249/month + setup
How the AI receptionist works →AI Website Chatbot
Answers your visitors’ questions from your real information, in English or Spanish, and collects their details when you’re busy or closed. If a question is outside what you’ve approved, it hands off to you instead of guessing.
from $3,500

Takes over the work you repeat every week: logging leads, sending follow-ups, reading documents, building reports. Anything with real consequences gets a checkpoint, so you approve before it acts.
from $3,000
AI automation and agents →Custom AI Apps
When the job is bigger than one tool, we build the app around it. Our Glow beauty app uses AI to analyze skin and match shades, in English and Spanish, and we built it from first sketch to launch.
from $18,000

Not sure where you’re losing customers? If you use call tracking, or your phone system keeps a call log, we’ll go through the last few months with you: how many calls you missed, what time they came in, and how many came from ads you paid for. You keep the numbers whether or not you buy anything.

What we’re building next
These new AI services grow out of the AI receptionist and run on the same setup. Want one early? Mention it when you get in touch.
Missed-call text-back
When a call rings out or a web form comes in, the customer gets a text from your business within a minute, asking the two or three questions you always ask. You get a one-line summary. It catches the calls the AI receptionist doesn’t take.
Review requests with AI replies
After each finished job, your customer gets one friendly request for a Google review. When a review comes in, you get a reply drafted in your voice to approve. Every customer gets asked, and nothing posts until you say so.
AI intake for law firms
A version of the AI receptionist built around legal ethics rules. It says it’s an AI, never gives legal advice, checks for conflicts before taking case details, and books consultations with the right attorney.
How they fit together
One small business, four places AI helps
The phone
The AI receptionist answers the calls you miss and books the job.
The website
The chatbot answers questions and collects leads after hours.
The follow-up
Text-back reaches callers who hung up. Review requests go out after the job. Both coming soon.
The busywork
Automations log every lead, send reminders and build your reports.
How to choose the right AI service
Start where you lose the most. If your phone rings out while you’re working, start with the AI receptionist. If your website gets visitors but few of them get in touch, start with a chatbot. If someone on your team spends hours a week on the same task, start with an automation, and time that task first.
You don’t need all of them. Most businesses are better off starting with one, seeing what it brings in, and adding the next only if the numbers make sense. If we think plain software, or no software at all, would solve your problem better, we’ll tell you.

What every one of our AI services includes
Each one is set up around your business: your services, your rules, your wording. You approve how it sounds before a customer ever hears it or reads it. Your customer data stays yours, and the terms are written in plain English before we start, the same as everything on our pricing page.
You also deal with the person who built it. When something needs to change, you reach the developer directly, not a ticket queue.
FAQ
AI services FAQs
Do I need to buy more than one?
No. Each service works on its own. Start with the one that fixes your biggest leak, and add another only if it pays for itself.
What does “from” mean in your prices?
It’s the starting price for a straightforward setup. Your price depends on things like call volume, how many tools it connects to and how much custom work it needs. You get a fixed number before you commit.
Do you only work with South Florida businesses?
We’re based in Plantation, in Broward County. These services all run remotely, so we can set them up for businesses across Florida.
Is AI right for my business?
Maybe not, and we’ll tell you. If a faster reply or a simple form solves the problem, that’s cheaper, and that’s what we’ll suggest.
Not sure which one fits?
Tell us where you’re losing time or customers. We’ll point you to the one that pays for itself first, even if it’s the smallest.
